We stopped by the White Tail Deer Hall of Fame in Michigan today to complete Challenge #3 - “Bring back a souvenir from the most obscure museum possible”. We picked up a deer antler! Now if only we could mount it on the front of our Chevy Traverse like a hood ornament!
And Kyle Mulka also made a new friend. Nom nom nom!
We have a facebook page, and we hope you are willing to fan it. Talk to us via there and we will respond. Ask us quesitons, suggest blog and tweet posts, heck - even ask us to do something. Who knows what it will get you.
One reason I’m excited to be a part of Chevy’s SXSW Road Trip challenge? Well, the vehicle we’re driving from Lansing to Austin is the Chevy Traverse. And, it is made right here in my hometown of Lansing, Michigan!
I get to take a little (or in this case, a *big*) piece of home with me on the road!
Anyone know someone who worked on this vehicle? I’d love to share our stories with the Plant!
I always loved getting in the car and driving! Family vacations, trips to visit friends, exploring new cities, meeting new people and seeing new scenery always lured me to the road. So, when I heard GM and Chevy were looking for teams to participate in a road trip challenge to SXSW, I knew this was the trip for me!
I’m honored to be on Team Lansing in the road trip challenge. A team of us will be leaving Lansing, Michigan on March 9 and heading down to Austin, Texas for SXSW!
