Much like Betsy (See the USA in Your Chevrolet - SXSW Road Trip), I grew up in a traveling family. I was an industry brat, but we moved many times and drove all over the Eastern US. My mother would keep my sisters and I quiet and engaged with all kinds of road trip games.
My favorites as a kid were Travel Bingo, License plates, and tons of word games. In college, one of my best friends introduced me to “White Horse”. Bruce and I built on the list when our son was young by playing “Guess the word”.
